Somehow Kate knew what my family wanted and needed in our perfect Fiji escape better than I could articulate and we had the best experience holidaying at Jean Michel Cousteau Resort on Kate’s recommendation.

When deciding where to go, I gave Kate a brief of what I was after and she came back to me with a couple of great options for exactly what I had described. But, she also used her vast experience and innate understanding of holidaying with a young family to introduce an option we hadn’t previously considered, and I’m so glad she did!

We have just returned from a trip to Fiji which Kate organised for us. I got her details from the local Northern Beaches Mothers Group site. I was a little apprehensive initially given i wasn’t dealing with a big travel agent chain however Kate was incredibly efficient in her correspondence which put me at ease right away. It made dealing with her and booking our trip very easy as there was no delay in anything and her customer service was OUTSTANDING,. Kate took care of travel insurance and posted all documents to us- it was all way to easy! Her knowledge of the resort was also great. We’ve just returned from our family holiday in Fiji and wanted to say a huge thank you for helping us to book such an amazing holiday. What a special, magical time we have had in Fiji. We arrived back last night safe and sound, but wanted to let you know asap what a memorable holiday we had. The Naviti and staff were amazing. We became their extended family and were so very saddened to leave. They knew us and the kids by name and their friendliness was beyond compare. They touched our hearts with their warmth, hospitality and beautiful, generous nature. We will definitely go back. Thank you again for organizing the trip for us. I was finding it difficult to organise our family holiday to Fiji. Dates were unavailable or I couldn’t get the room type I wanted. So I rang Kate at Fiji for Families and she was AMAZING . Kate organised a last minute holiday for our family to Fiji recently. We didn’t know where to start and Kate provided us with a range of options, explaining the pros and cons of each option and even managed to get us a week at Vomo when we thought it wouldn’t be possible! She made all the bookings,

Kate is the Queen of Fiji Holidays!
She organised the perfect holiday for our family, only to have our plans thrown into a spin less than two weeks out from travel due to unforeseen circumstances. She pulled out all stops to find us an alternate and organised all the changes that were required with new plans at very late notice.
Kate is a wealth of information and is so helpful with those random questions you have when traveling with kids.
We had an incredible time and can’t wait to use her again for our next Fiji holiday.

The holiday was fantastic, all travel arrangements went to plan, with one exception, we were upgraded to a helicopter return trip rather than the seaplane, but we didn’t mind!
The food, accommodation and kids’ club were all excellent and I really can’t fault anything. The only thing, we should have stayed longer, with possibly five more nights on the main island, or an extended Castaway stay. Now I am home I am depressed and want to be back there

Malolo Resort is just gorgeous! A beautiful slice of heaven. If I was to go back to Fiji I don’t think I would stay anywhere else. It had everything I was looking for and more. We will be back for sure – I am having major withdrawals. Thank you once again for your help in what was a perfect holiday, that we will never forget.
